Children In Taekwondo
Kids’ and Junior Taekwondo classes currently available in Lyndhurst, Brockenhurst, New Milton and Sway.
Children who acquire self-confidence at an early age are far more likely to succeed in their adult ambitions. Taekwondo is arguably one of the best methods of instilling confidence into children and at the same time emphasises the importance of respect and discipline. As a result of the fast acting and exciting nature of Taekwondo there are thousands of children participating in this dynamic martial art throughout the UK and worldwide there are millions.
In Taekwondo everybody wins, it’s not just who’s the best gets to play. Our system of Taekwondo is based on inner development and self-expression. Children will learn to concentrate, focus, set goals and have a sense of self achievement. Motor skill development, co-ordination, flexibility and self-awareness are the basics to the physical training.

ADULT TAEKWONDO CLASSES
Our Taekwondo adult classes are suitable for all abilities from total beginners to existing belt holders. Classes are suitable for ages 12 and upwards.

Women In Taekwondo
In these days of increasing violent attacks on women it has now, more than ever become necessary for women to be prepared to protect themselves. More and more women are turning to the martial arts for protection and Taekwondo can certainly provide this. It is a superb form of self defence and also a great way of keeping fit. Taekwondo is safe, practical and most of all enjoyable.
Men In Taekwondo
Taekwondo will improve your fitness, flexibility and most of all your confidence. It will help you to control and channel your aggression should the need arise. Right from the first lesson you will start developing a whole new range of skills and capabilities with the opportunity to realise self-achievement.
