Nic Reed, 4th Dan Black Belt in Taekwondo and MMA Fighter is your instructor. Prepare to get fit – fighting fit!
During COVID, all classes will be outside and groups of no more than 5 people will be available to train together. All social distancing and hygiene guidelines will be strictly followed.
